2021 NFL Schedule: Top 5 Monday night games

The 2021 NFL Schedule is out, and we take a look at which five Monday night games will be the can’t miss events of the season.

5. Los Angeles Rams at Arizona Cardinals, Week 14

This game should be intriguing no matter how things shake. Unless the season really falls apart for Arizona and Los Angeles, the Rams and Cardinals will either be fighting for playoff positioning as wild card teams or even the NFC West crown. So late in the year, the winner may move into a position of strength with only a month remaining. So why only fifth on the list? Arizona has legit bust potential, something we saw as it faded last season.

4. Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers, Week 17

In January, with only one week after this contest to be played. The Browns and Steelers have a long history between the two, something which was ratcheted up last season with Cleveland’s win on Wild Card weekend. Now, the Steelers are hoping to return to the postseason as division champs once more. However, they will need to topple perhaps the most talented Browns team we’ve seen since their reincarnation.

3. Buffalo Bills at Tennessee Titans, Week 6

Love this matchup. The Bills and Titans won their respective divisions last year, and each has reached the AFC Championship Game over the past two seasons, only to fall to the Kansas City Chiefs. Buffalo has aspirations of going to the Super Bowl for the first time since 1993, while Tennessee looks to remain atop the AFC South behind Derrick Henry and Ryan Tannehill. The winner here could have an important tiebreaker for playoff seeding.

2. Indianapolis Colts at Baltimore Ravens, Week 5

A potential playoff preview in week 1 of the 2021 NFL schedule? The Ravens and Colts see each other to get October rolling in Charm City, with the former Baltimore franchise meeting up with the current one. The Ravens have one of the most dynamic players in football with quarterback Lamar Jackson at the helm, going against a host of talented front-seven stars including linebacker Darius Leonard and defensive tackle DeForest Buckner.

1. New Orleans Saints at Seattle Seahawks, Week 7

This ranking is giving a ton of love to the Saints, and putting ample faith in coach Sean Payton to figure out the quarterback position. If he does, New Orleans has enough talent to be a major problem in the NFC. Meanwhile, the Seahawks are one of the league’s best teams after winning 12-4, and added guard Gabe Jackson and tight end Gerald Everett. Should be very entertaining.
