Tennessee Looks To Blemish Kentucky’s Record

The Kentucky Wildcats are the No. 1 team in the nation for a reason. They are the only remaining undefeated team in the nation. The Tennessee Volunteers are going to be tasked tonight with ending that that 25 game streak.

The Wildcats are huge 14-point favorites over the Volunteers. The total is set at 120 points.

Tennessee lost to LSU as 2.5-point favorites in their last outing against LSU. The Volunteers lost that game 73-55. Tennessee’s post play on both defense and offense was a problem in that game and with Kentucky’s experience big men could be another issue tonight.

Tennessee has not been sending those betting on them to the window recently. They are 1-9 against the spread in their last 10 games.

In Kentucky’s last win they beat South Carolina, 77-43. They cvoered a 18.5-point spread as favorites in that game. They may be a little thrown off as this game was pushed forward due to the winter weather that has struck the nation.

Kentucky struggles to make bettors money on the road. They are 2-4 against the spread over their last six road trips. They are also 12-12-1 overall against the spread with the majority of the games they did not cover being away games.

Tennessee has favored the UNDER in 15 of its last 23 games, while Kentucky’s high-powered offense more often than not hits the OVER. They have it the OVER in five of their last six games.
