The Bears announced shortly afterwards that Cutler was ruled out the rest of the game.

Cutler threw an interception to Nigel Bradham right before leaving for the locker room, but he appeared to get injured before that play on a sack when he landed on his hand or wrist.
What makes this potentially serious is that it was his throwing hand that was injured.
Cutler was having a mixed game before exiting. He had completed 12-of-17 passes for 157 yards with no touchdowns and one interception.
The Philadelphia Eagles scored a touchdown off the interception just a couple plays later, taking a 22-7 lead into the fourth quarter.
Brian Hoyer took over for Cutler.
