Kentucky, Wisconsin and Duke being three of the four teams in the Final Four does not come as much of a surprise. All three were ranked No. 1 seeds and all have sat near the top of Future Odds for months now. One of the Final Four are not like the other, though.

Michigan State is the No. 7 seed and has been pulling up set after upset. Their latest win comes against Louisville, and while it was an upset in terms of seeding, bettor have begun to back the Spartans and pushed them to 2.5-point favorites in the game.

With their win, Michigan State now looks ahead to face Duke. The odds on various sites opened with Duke being between 4.5-point favorites to 5.5-point favorites.

Wisconsin will try to put the first blemish on Kentucky’s unbeaten record and eliminate them from the tourney.

The Wildcats opened at around 6.5-point favorites against Wisconsin. No one seems to have Kentucky any lower than 5-point favorites.

As for pairings, Bovada has a Duke versus Kentucky championship game as –110 favorites. Kentucky versus Michigan State has a +300 moneyline. Wisconsin versus Duke has a +300. Wisconsin versus Michigan State sits at +700.

Most sports books are keeping their fingers crossed that a Duke versus Kentucky championship game comes into fruition. Given the size of both those teams’ fan base and the hype surrounding them, books expect a huge turnout if that is the championship game.

Last but not least, are the NCAA odds to win the national title with the Final Four set. Kentucky sits atop the odds with –150. Duke is next sitting at +300. Wisconsin is not far behind with +400. The big underdogs are Michigan State sitting with +800.
