Lakers Underdogs Against Warriors

It is not a surprise to see the Los Angeles Lakers underdogs against the NBA Championships favorites Warriors, but the spread may be too much for Golden State to cover.

The Warriors are 11-point favorites. That is a large spread to cover when competing against any NBA team.

The Lakers are 11-18 straight up, covering in 15 of those contests. The interstate and Pacific division rials headed into overtime the last two times they have met. LA upset Houston Wednesday, snapping a Rockets 14-game win streak.

The Warriors are a stunning 25-6 straight up but have also only covered in 15 games this season. Golden State is without Stephen Curry and Draymon Green but still do not have a lack of star power with Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant on the court.

The Warriors have hit the UNDER in five of their last six games. In four of those games opponents were held to under 98 points.
