Los Angeles Rams Season Tickets Selling Like Mad

If you are interested in landing some Los Angeles Rams season tickets, you better move quickly.

Per the Ventural County Star, Rams COO Kevin Demoff says the team has already sold 63,000 season tickets, “Just 7,000 short of their planned cap.” The team plans on seating 80,000 fans each Sunday, which could be bumped up to 90,000 seats “for a few special games.”

Until the construction of the team’s new stadium, scheduled to open in 2019, the Rams will play at the L.A. Coliseum, home of the USC Trojans football team.

The city is cleary hyped to get NFL football back, and prominent celebrities like Magic Johnson are leading the way. Almost as soon as it was determined that the Rams were moving back to L.A., Johnson declared he wanted to purchase a suite as soon as possible. This is the general sentiment among football-loving folks in America’s second-biggest sports market.

Now it’s up to the Rams to provide an entertaining product on the field to keep the masses from revolting. The franchise certainly went all-in to make a big splash this offseason when it gave up the farm to move up to No. 1 in the draft for quarterback Jared Goff.

It’s going to be interesting to see if the product on the field can live up to the excitement surrounding the franchise this offseason.
