NBA Juggernauts Meet: Warriors Favorites Over Hawks

A big question that has been asked in the NBA as of late is, can anybody stop the Golden State Warriors.

The No.1 team in the Western Conference has already clinched a playoff berth. They are 8-2 straight up over their last ten games and are 17-7-1 against the spread.

The team with the best chance of stopping the Warriors is the only other team in the NBA other than the Warriors to clinch a playoff berth, the Atlanta Hawks. The Hawks are the No. 1 team in the Eastern conference and tonight these two juggernauts will meet in California.

The Atlanta Hawks and the Golden State Warriors will both be trying to pick up a win on Wednesday when they battle at Oracle Arena.

The Warriors are the -6.5 favorites against the Hawks.

In their last outing, Golden State won 108-105 against the Los Angeles Lakers. They were -18-point favorites in that game and failed to cover the spread.

The Hawks last faced the Sacramento Kings and were 110-103 winner in that contest. Atlanta covered in that game as -4.5-point favorites.

The game’s total is sitting at 208 points. Both the Hawks and the Warriors hit the OVER in their last games. Those two games go against recent trends, though.

For Atlanta, the total has gone UNDER in ten of their last 14 games. Meanwhile, the Warriors have sent UNDER bettors to the payout window in 13 of their last 18 games.
