NBA Round 2 Playoff Odds: Raptors Vs. Cavs

The Toronto Raptors find themselves in a 2-0 deficit against the Cleveland Cavs and are now pegged as clear underdogs in the NBA Round 2 playoff odds.

The Raptors, for all they have improved offensively, find themselves in a familiar place. This is the third year in a row Toronto finds themselves sitting down two from Cleveland in Round 2 of the playoffs.

The Cavs are favored to take the commanding 3-0 series lead. They are -4.5 point favorites to do so. However, Cleveland is just 3-6 against the spread in the playoffs so far.

The question could also be asked how many more times can LeBron James pull the Cavs back from the brink. James led the Cavs to an OT win in Game 1. However, the Cavs Game 2 win was a bit more decisive. This is all not mentioning the Cavs needing the full seven games to get past the Indiana Pacers.
