NBA Rumors: LeBron James ‘100%’ Leaving Cleveland Cavaliers
The Cleveland Cavaliers are in danger of losing their current face of the franchise and best player in the team’s history. LeBron James can become a free agent next summer, and all signs point to the superstar leaving town for greener pastures.
As if the rumors this summer weren’t bad enough for the Cavs, another one surfaced on Wednesday claiming LeBron has already made his decision to leave Cleveland. According to NBA insider Chris Sheridan, LeBron’s relationship with the Cavs organization is beyond repair.
NBA source said today: "This will be LeBron's final season in Cleveland. He is 100 percent leaving. Relationship with owners beyond repair."

At this point, it seems like only a matter of time before LeBron’s second stint with the team that drafted him comes to an end. Along with LeBron’s status being up in the air in Cleveland, fellow superstar Kyrie Irving reportedly wants out and has asked to be traded.
The Cavs appear to be on the brink of falling apart after three straight trips to the NBA Finals and the first title in NBA history in 2016. LeBron may already have his sights set on the Los Angeles Lakers while Irving seems to be favoring a move to the San Antonio Spurs if Cleveland can make a deal with Gregg Popovich’s team.
Although the rumors persist about the futures of James and Irving in Cleveland, the team remains intact for the time being. That may change in the coming weeks with the Cavs needing some sort of resolution and direction for the future with or without both players in the fold.
