Nets vs Bulls Game Six Tonight
The Brooklyn Nets are still in the series with the Chicago Bulls thanks to their Game Five victory. Game Six is tonight in Chicago. The Nets must win on the road to force a Game Seven back in Brooklyn. The Nets are capable of winning in Chicago. In Game Four, they led by 14 points with under 4:00 to go. Had they not let that game get away, they would still have the home court advantage.
The Bulls have won the the three close games in the series but have suffered two blowout losses. The Bulls have won both defensive struggles in Game Three and Four and a shootout in Game Five. Nate Robinson and Carlos Boozer have both had a terrific series so far and Joakim Noah has performed admirably one a bad foot.
The winner of this series has the unenviable task of facing the Miami Heat in the next round. The longer this series drags on, the more rested the Heat will get. That can only be a bad thing. The Heat swept the Milwaukee Bucks in four games and are at home resting up.
Bookmaker has odds on Game Six:
The Nets are +1.5 -110 and the Bulls are -1.5 -110 ATS. 69% of the money is on the Bulls. Moneyline has the Nets +105 while the Bulls are -125. 55% of the money is on the Bulls. Over/under is 184. Over is 184 with both -110. 56% is on the under.
One would expect the Bulls to have the advantage if they can keep the game close. They have the three close wins in the series, plus home court. The Nets will likely put together a run at some point as they have in nearly all the games. Will Chicago be able to weather the storm and then come back?
We think so. We like the Bulls -125 and we like the over -110.
