Auburn Visits A&M in Big SEC West Battle

Johnny Football is MONEY!

Johnny Football is MONEY!

The Auburn Tigers are back in the Top 25. That is the good news. The bad news is pretty much everybody in the SEC is too. One such team is the Texas A&M Aggies at # 7. The #24 Tigers will be visiting he Aggies on Saturday as a big underdog. Johnny Manziel is putting together another huge year for the Aggies, leading them to big wins nearly every week. The one week he failed though was at home to the #1 Alabama Crimson Tide. Can the Tigers become the second SEC West team from Alabama to escape Kyle Field with a win?

It is not likely as the Tigers have two slim wins over the Ole Miss Rebels and Mississippi State Bulldogs and a 14 point loss to the LSU Tigers. The Aggies though have also narrow wins over Ole Miss and the Arkansas Razorbacks. So maybe this game is not the one-sided affair most think it is?

Betonline has Auburn +13.5 -105 and Texas A&M -13.5 -115 ATS. Moneyline has Auburn +405 and A&M -500. Over/Under is 71.5 with over -115 and over -105. Over/Under of 71.5 makes us want to watch this game. Points will not be hard to come by in this one. We are going to go with A&M -13.5. We just don’t see their defense stopping the Aggies.

Other SEC games on Saturday include:

Florida at Missouri– Florida is -3 -115 and Mizzou is +3 -105 ATS. Moneyline is Florida -155 and Missouri +155. O/U is 44 with over and under -110. Injuries are the story of this huge SEC East game. Missouri is without their starting quarterback James Franklin for the rest of the season after he separated his throwing shoulder in last week’s huge win against the Georgia Bulldogs. Florida knows the feeling and then some. Their list of injured players could form an All-Star team. We like the Tigers +3 and the under -110.

South Carolina at Tennessee– This game might closer than people think. Tennessee really should have beaten Georgia, or at least taken the lead in overtime. They’ve had a home game and a bye week and now another home game, so they should be fresh. South Carolina played their best game of the year last week in a 52-7 pasting of Arkansas. But that was on the road and so is this one. They also might take Tennessee a bit lightly.

South Carolina is -7.5 -110 and Tennessee is +7.5 -110 ATS. Moneyline is South Carolina -290 and Tennessee +245. Over/Under is 54.5 with both -110. We like the Volunteers +7.5 and the over -110.

Georgia at Vanderbilt– Georgia is another team that looks like a MASH unit’s worst day. The Bulldogs are -7 -110 and the Commodores are +7 -110 ATS. Moneyline is UGA -275 and Vandy is +230. Over/Under is 61.5 with both -110. Georgia is coming off a tough loss a week ago against Mizzou. Vandy has been a disappointment so far this season at 3-3. A win in this game could turn their season around. We like Vandy to hang in there. Take Vandy +7 and the over -110.
