NFC East: Week 4 Betting Trends and Odds

The NFC East, thought to be one of the best divisions in football before the season began, has been clearly one of the worst so far. The Giants and Redskins are both 0-3, and the Eagles have disappointed severely under new coach Chip Kelly.
