Antonio Brown issues an apology to Patriots and team owner Robert Kraft

It has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride for Antonio Brown as he finds himself out of the NFL.

Since being released by the New England Patriots after less than two weeks with the team, Brown went on a social media rant that included bashing team owner Robert Kraft by comparing his legal issues to his own. A few months removed from the entire ordeal, the 31-year-old has decided to voice his remorse on an Instagram post for his actions back in mid-September. (H/T Mike Reiss of ESPN)

Brown wrote: “Mr. Kraft I apologize sincerely to you and your organization! All I wanted to be was an asset to the organization; sorry for the bad media and the drama ! Thank you sincerely AB”

At this point, it’s quite challenging to take these comments from Brown with any sincerity. Beyond it now sounding like the words are coming off out his mouth, it speaks to him just trying to get in good graces with Kraft for the sake of showing he is regretting his previous actions.

Instead, it only shows that Antonio Brown is quite a difficult person to get a grasp of about where he stands on any situation. Before his meeting with the NFL last week, he took to social media to voice his displeasure with the entire matter, stating that he never wanted to play in the league.

Shortly after that, he backtracked those comments altogether. Ultimately, it’s something that he will have to prove his sincerity with his actions aside from social media posts.
