Browns TE David Njoku finally returns to the field
The Cleveland Browns have largely been a disappointment in the 2019 season. They have fallen well below the high level of expectations around them.
However, the Browns still have some hope of reaching the playoffs. Although they will need to step it up as they enter the final month of the regular season. Cleveland will get some much-needed help with tight end David Njoku being activated from the injured reserve on Saturday. That’s according to Michael David Smith of Pro Football Talk.

Browns tight end David Njoku is ready to return on Sunday against the Bengals.
Njoku has missed the bulk of the season due to a broken Wrist that occurred back in Week 2 action against the New York Jets. His absence has created a significant void at the tight end position as he has proven to be one of the better young talents in the league.
He has tallied four catches on seven targets for 37 receiving yards and a touchdown in two games played. Njoku is coming off a breakout 2018 campaign where he tallied career highs across the board with 56 catches on 88 targets for 639 receiving yards and four touchdowns. He has developed a strong rapport with second-year quarterback Baker Mayfield behind his big-play ability and viability as a legitimate target in the red-zone.
