Antonio Brown Future Yet To Be Decided

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are positioned to make a strong push to secure the NFC’s top playoff seed. However, the Buccaneers are dealing with lingering off-the-field issues surrounding star wide receiver Antonio Brown. The former Pro Bowler is amid a three-game suspension for violating the league’s health and safety protocols by using a fake vaccination card.

The Buccaneers remained mum regarding the matter by focusing on the football field. However, the high-profile nature of Brown’s status has kept the situation at the forefront.

Head coach Bruce Arians discussed the matter on Monday. He said he’s uncertain whether Brown will remain with the team after serving his suspension.

“I haven’t made that determination yet, but we’ll see how it goes,” Arians said of Antonio Brown via ESPN.

The star wideout is eligible to return to practice next week and play in Week 16 action against the Carolina Panthers. The team has moved forward without him, especially due to the depth at the wide receiver position with Mike Evans and Chris Godwin.

Brown’s long history of questionable off-the-field conduct has put him in the spot of putting his NFL career in jeopardy. The Buccaneers were seen as his last chance to prove he could behave to maintain his playing days.
