Cowboys being ‘cautious’ with star QB Dak Prescott
The Dallas Cowboys are heading into likely their biggest game of the season in Week 16. The game against the Eagles is deemed the NFC East division championship game.
However, the Cowboys have been dealing with some nagging injuries to star quarterback Dak Prescott. The signal caller has been limited in the days leading up to the match. According to Todd Archer of ESPN, Prescott is expected to get limited snaps on the practice field ahead of Sunday’s game.

Prescott was limited at a practice for the first time in his career on Wednesday. He did not take a snap and will likely also be listed as limited over the next two days, with the club looking to be cautious with his health heading into a de facto NFC East championship game against the Eagles.
Prescott had suffered the injury in the blowout win over the Los Angeles Rams last Sunday. He has been battered throughout the previous few weeks. As well as that, he’s working his way through a fractured right index finger. His performance has been impacted, which is something that Dallas has kept a close eye on his health.

Star running back Ezekiel Elliott has voiced that the finger injury that Prescott is dealing with is something that he couldn’t imagine having to throw a ball. There isn’t any concern that he could miss the contest as the team has been moving quite cautiously with the Pro Bowl quarterback.
