“He’s played well. He can play better,” Harbaugh said of Huntley via ESPN. “That’s what he is aiming to do this week — to improve and build on his past performances. I’m looking forward to seeing that happen.”

It will mark the fourth straight game Lamar Jackson missed due to a leg injury. Jackson hasn’t been able to showcase on the practice field that he’s ready to return.

The former league MVP’s injury has significantly contributed to the Ravens’ fall out of a secure playoff spot with a chance to secure the AFC North division title. Baltimore has lost their last five straight games, falling on the outside looking in to vie for a wildcard spot.

The Ravens need a lot to unfold in their favor beyond beating the Steelers in Week 18. Baltimore needs the Los Angeles Chargers to lose to the Las Vegas Raiders, Indianapolis Colts’ loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars and Miami Dolphins losing or tying with the New England Patriots.

There are many outside dominoes that need to fall in their favor even to have a chance to play in the playoffs. All the Ravens can control what lies ahead of them against Ben Roethlisberger in a Steelers uniform one last time.
