NFL Power Rankings, Week 14: Ravens slip back

In the AFC edition of our NFL Power Rankings, the Baltimore Ravens slip back a bit after losing to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

16. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars are a total embarrassment. Benching James Robinson for no reason, ruining Trevor Lawrence, it’s been a total mess.

15. Houston Texans

Speaking of a total mess in the AFC South, the Texans. Houston isn’t good on ether side of the ball and might only win another game because of a rematch with Jacksonville.

14. New York Jets

New York hired head coach Robert Saleh largely because of his expertise on the defensive side. Somehow, the Jets are absolutely brutal on defense.

13. Cleveland Browns

The Browns are coming out of their bye at 6-6, and they host the Ravens in a rematch. A loss here, and the playoffs are a pipe dream.

12. Pittsburgh Steelers

Pittsburgh kept its hopes alive with a win over the Ravens. Now, the Steelers travel to Minnesota on a short week with a chance to go on a winning streak.

11. Miami Dolphins

Miami has won five straight and enters the bye week at 6-7. Coming out of the break, it’s a date with the Jets before a tougher slate to finish things out.

10. Denver Broncos

The Broncos had a chance to make a huge move in the AFC West last weekend, but fell to the Chiefs. It’s now about the wild card race.

9. Las Vegas Raiders

After beating the Cowboys on Thanksgiving, the Raiders appeared to be back on track. Not so much anymore after losing to the Football Team.

8. Indianapolis Colts

Indianapolis is in its bye week and come out facing the Patriots at home. It’s the start of a huge stretch for the 7-6 Colts who have a real chance to make noise in the postseason.

7. Cincinnati Bengals

If Joe Burrow is hurt in any serious way, the Bengals have to be terrified.

6. Buffalo Bills

You can’t lose that game to the Patriots when Mac Jones attempts three throws.

5. Los Angeles Chargers

Los Angeles was able to take down the Bengals and now gets a wounded Giants team. Could be a nice stretch for Justin Herbert and Co.

4. Tennessee Titans

If the Titans are going to get going out of the bye, they desperately need to get healthier. For now, at least, Tennessee is getting the Jaguars. Nice gift.

3. Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens are still 8-4, but the schedule is brutal the rest of the way and Marlon Humphrey was lost for the season. Not ideal.

2. New England Patriots

What an incredible job by Bill Belichick, the rushing attack and the defense.

1. Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs have won five straight after handling the Broncos, 22-9. Kansas City’s defense has been terrific over the past six weeks.
