“It’s just frustration with the offense; we’re trying to grind them out. I’m happy we won on the road, but at the same time, I just wish we’d score more points,” Brady said on “The Greg Hill Show” on sports radio WEEI. “We have to figure out how we can fix our problems as best we can.”

New England has dramatically benefited from possessing one of the league’s top defenses that is allowing an NFL-best 10.8 points per contest. They are also first in fewest yards allowed, second against the pass, and 10th against the run.

Their effectiveness in that regard helps ease much pressure on the offense to produce at a high level. The Patriots still need their offense to step it up if they hope to contend for another Super Bowl as their remains some formidable teams behind them in the AFC such as the Baltimore Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs.

There is still plenty of games left to play in the regular season to work out the kinds, such as getting their running game back on track as they rank 23rd with 91.0 rushing yards per contest. Only time will tell if they can turn things around in time for the playoffs.
