Tom Brady says Bucs want to win the Super Bowl for Bruce Arians

The Super Bowl stage is set for an epic battle. Arguably the best quarterback of all time, Tom Brady up against the only player that has a chance to compete for the distinction as the GOAT in Patrick Mahomes. The Bucs and Kansas City Chiefs will go head to head next weekend with a lot on the line.

Although padding his legacy and adding to his trophy case is on the line, Brady talks about his relationship with head coach Bruce Arians and how they’ve worked together this year, via ESPN.

“He’s a great man. A great leader, a great person. A great friend,” Brady said of Arians, whom he got to know when Arians retired briefly and worked in broadcasting in 2018. “He’s very loyal. He’s just got a great way about communicating effectively with everybody around here.”

Brady and the rest of the Bucs want to win this Super Bowl title for Arians.

“Everybody has a great affection for him, for the person he is,” Brady said of Arians. “There’s nobody that would ever say anything bad about BA. He’s just so endearing to everybody. And I think everyone wants to win for him.”

As for Mahomes, the Chiefs superstar is hoping to win his second consecutive title and move closer to being on track to dethrone Brady in the future.

So along with the battle of two all-time great quarterbacks, Arians will be shooting for his first title as an NFL head coach. He has two titles as an assistant coach while he was with the Pittsburgh Steelers, but winning as the leader on the sideline would be the icing on the cake for the veteran coach.
