Travis Kelce believes Chiefs have ‘every piece’ to be great
The Kansas City Chiefs are pushing toward vying to earn a second straight Super Bowl trophy.
However, the Chiefs have notably taken a step back offensively as compared to years past, bringing forth questions concerning if they have enough to reach the ultimate goal.
Star tight end Travis Kelce voiced that he believes his team possesses more than enough to get the job done ahead of the Week 10 matchup against the Miami Dolphins.

“This team has every piece that it needs to be great,” Kelce said via ESPN.
“Everybody can talk about whatever they want to talk about …I know that we’ve got a team that can put points up, and I know we’ve got the coaches to be able to put us in the great positions to succeed, and that’s where we’re moving going forward, and it just takes guys to lock in and just be ready for those big-time moments when we need them most.”
The Chiefs’ offensive production has largely seen reigning Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes depend greatly on Kelce as the passing game focal point. The Pro Bowl tight has recorded 54 catches for 584 receiving yards with four touchdowns, projecting toward 115 receptions for 1,239 receiving yards and nine touchdowns.

Although there is a heavy reliance on Kelce, the Chiefs went through much of the same game plan last season with questions concerning the overall production of the passing game beyond their star tight end. Mahomes elevated his play that helped guide the franchise toward a Super Bowl win.
All this will likely come down once again to him having to be the game-changing factor to vie for another championship.
