Tyreek Hill seemingly wants to stay with Dolphins
After the Miami Dolphins saw their 2024 season come to a disappointing close by missing the playoffs, star wide receiver Tyreek Hill made headlines by stating his desire to play elsewhere.
Since then, there remains uncertainty around the All-Pro wideout’s future in Miami that will linger into the offseason. During an interview on the “The Pat McAfee Show” on Thursday, Hill’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, clarified his client’s remarks.
“What you see with Tyreek, it’s very genuine. He wants to win — it’s not good enough for him not to make the playoffs,” Rosenhaus said via ESPN. “I think at the end of the day, he’s committed to this Dolphins football team,” he said. “I believe Tyreek is a great asset to the Dolphins and I think he’s the last guy people should be worried about in this organization. They have many more worries — Tyreek Hill’s not one of them.”
With Rosenhaus attempting to chalk up Hill’s comments as being fueled by his competitive spirit, it doesn’t shun away entirely that the star wideout openly stated that he wanted to play elsewhere. It’s hard to walk that back, as Hill’s actions during the season finale game against the New York Jets made him “not available” late in the contest.

There is clearly a high level of frustration that remains from him that lends to the belief that he would entertain playing for another team. The Dolphins may want to keep Hill, but the writing may already be on the wall for a departure ahead.
