Nick Foles suffers broken clavicle in first game as a Jaguar

It was hardly the way quarterback Nick Foles envisioned his Jacksonville Jaguars career starting on Sunday.

The former Super Bowl MVP exited in the first half after being hit on this touchdown pass. He was almost immediately ruled out for the remainder of the game.

Unfortunately, the injury is now going to cost Nick Foles substantial time. It was reported after the game that Foles suffered broken left clavicle and is out indefinitely.

It’s a brutal blow to a Jaguars team which comes just months after they signed Foles to a four-year, $88 million contract.

Rookie Gardner Minshew replaced Foles under center in the 40-26 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. He did well, completing 22-of-25 passes for 275 yards with two touchdowns and one interception.
