Philadelphia Eagles
The chances of the Eagles winning the division title rest on the shoulders of quarterback Carson Wentz. The signal caller has what it takes to be the NFL’s best under center. However, injures have held him back the past two seasons.
If Wentz can remain healthy for all 16 regular season games the Eagles have the supporting cast around the quarterback and on defense to win the NFC East. The offensive line remains one of the NFL’s best and the defense allowed just 96.8 yards per game on the ground, but the secondary is somewhat suspect.
Dallas Cowboys
Dallas has the talent to beat any opponent. Ezekiel Elliott is one of the top three running backs in the game today. Dak Prescott is a reliable quarterback but at times the offense seems to be treading water under his tutelage and nothing more. The addition of wide receiver Amari Cooper has helped take pressure of Elliott in the backfield.
Washington Redskins
The defense for the Redskins could dominate this season. Landon Collins was acquired from the New York Giants giving them a strong presence at safety, while the defensive line has talent picked up in the draft from Alabama.

Quarterback Case Keenum did not produce the number son offense most expected of him in 2018, after Alex Smith went down with a terrible leg injury. Washington averaged just 17.6 points a game last season.
New York Giants
Eli Manning returns at quarterback, but Odell Beckham Jr. the talented wide out is gone as is Landon Collins. Running back Saquon Barkley is always a threat with the ball or out of the backfield but defenses will key on the back and make other Giants’ players beat them. The Giants will have a long season ahead of them in 2019.
