Rivers was in concussion protocol all week. His presence on the field against the Buffalo Bills definitely gives the Chargers the best opportunity to snap their two-game losing streak.
The 35-year-old quarterback has yet to ever miss a single game since starting for the Chargers in 2006. Rivers and the Chargers host the Bills this Sunday, and they will be featuring rookie quarterback Nathan Peterman.
