Raiders Will Always Raider: Ray-Ray Armstrong Under Investigation for Taunting Police Dog
With their current 4-4 record, the Oakland Raiders aren’t exactly setting the world on fire, but they’re competitive and, midway through the season, are still comfortably in the AFC wild-card race. Although it looks like they’re finally climbing out of the sewer they’ve been stuck in since 2003, the enduring spirit of the Raiders will never change.
According to the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office, Raiders linebacker Ray-Ray Armstrong is under investigation for allegedly taunting a police dog on Sunday. The incident occurred outside Heinz Field on Pittsburgh’s Northside, where the Raiders lost to the Steelers in a nail-biter.

Armstrong had no comment when approached by reporters Tuesday.
The Steelers consider this a police matter and did not comment. ESPN left messages with the Raiders and Armstrong’s agent, Tony Paige, seeking comment. Armstrong could be subject to league discipline if arrested.
