Rockets Slight Favorites Over Raptors

The Toronto Raptors have been piling up some impressive wins as of late and the Houston Rockets may just be the next notch in Toronto’s belt.

The Raptors have won four consecutive games against playoff contenders. The have defeated the San Antonio Spurs, Los Angeles Clippers, Washington Wizards and the NBA-leading Atlanta Hawks. Toronto is not the No. 2 seed in the East.

In their last game the Raptors beat the Hawks, 105-80 as road under dogs. They covered a 5.5 point spread to send bettors to the window.

Houston are the favorites in this game, despite the Raptors recent successes with a 2.5 point spread.

The Rockets lost their third game of four in their last outing against the Dallas Mavericks on the road. They failed to cover a 2.5 point spread as underdogs in that game.

Houston is 4-1 against the spread over their last five games at home and also won four of those five games.

The total for this game is set at 212 points. In their last outing the Rockets hit the UNDER. The Rockets have gone OVER in five of their last seven home games, however.

The Raptors went UNDER in their last game and that is where they tend to hit as of late. They sent UNDER bettors to the window in five of their last six games.
