SEC Tournament Odds

The SEC tournament odds are in need of being examined ahead of the beginning of the division’s tournament tonight.

Kentucky are the big favorites to win their division title and are the biggest favorites in the SEC to win the NCAA national title. However, both Vanderbilt and Texas A&M, with 4-1 odds, seem like they could be poised to upset Kentucky.

Kentucky has been kind to bettors all season despite struggling early on. They are 23-9 ATS in conference tournaments. The Wildcats will be avoiding the Aggies, LSU and Vandy early on in the tourney as all three of those teams are on the other side of the SEC brackets.

Vanderbilt was expected to be a big contender for not just the regular season division title but also the NCAA tournament after winning more than 20 games last season and retaining nearly all of their core players. That was not the case this season, but that does not mean Vanderbilt is out of the question for an upset.

It is likely only four teams will head to the NCAA tournament and which four teams those are is heavily dependent on what happens in this tournament.
