Teddy Bridgewater to sign with the Jets
Rumored to be headed to the Big Apple for the better part of Tuesday, Teddy Bridgewater will be signing with the New York Jets when the new league year opens up on Wednesday.
ESPN’s Chris Mortensen reports he’ll sign a one-year deal.

Once counted among the most promising young quarterbacks in the NFL, Bridgewater’s career took a turn when he came down with a non-contact knee injury back in the summer of 2016. He missed that entire season and barely played last year, coming in for spot duty late in the year.
Teddy Bridgewater is fully healthy now and could be a good option for the Jets if he can return to the form he showed during the preseason in 2016. For his career, the young passer has completed 64.7 percent of his passes for 6,150 yards with 28 touchdowns and 20 interceptions.
