The first thing you likely noticed while skimming through the odds are the three teams that are tied for the best odds in the NFL, the New England Patriots, Denver Broncos and Green Bay Packers.
Strangely, the team with the best win-loss record in the NFL, the Arizona Cardinals, sit with the fourth best odds. In fairness the 9-1 Cardinals have had a pretty generous schedule. They will face some real tests that will determine if they are real as the season winds down over the next few weeks.
Another interesting take away is how far the Seattle Seahawks have fallen. At the beginning of the season they were the clear favorites to win it all and now sit with 14/1 odds, tied for fourth with the San Francisco Giants. Once expected to blow away competition this season, the Seahawks were exposed as a team that simply was not as good as we all though they were as the season the progressed.
