Victor Oladipo – Pacers Will Make the Playoffs ‘For Sure’
Indiana Pacers guard Victor Oladipo thinks that his team are a cert for the NBA Playoffs in the 2019/2020 season.
Victor Oladipo and the Pacers have reached the playoffs in each of the last four years. Each time, they have lost in the first round.
While Victor Oladipo is not guaranteeing a deeper playoff run, he knows the Pacers have the quality to qualify. Especially considering the changed landscape of the Eastern Conference, where some of the big teams have been weakened.Â
“Playoffs, for sure. Definitely,” Oladipo said Saturday, per J. Michael of the Indianapolis Star.

The Toronto Raptors lost Kawhi Leonard to the Los Angeles Clippers this offseason. As well as that, Kyrie Irving and Al Horford left the Boston Celtics. The Philadelphia 76ers lost Jimmy Butler.Â
The Milwaukee Bucks could find life difficult without point guard Malcolm Brogdon, who is now with the Pacers.
Brogdon joins fellow Indianapolis newbies Jeremy Lamb and T.J Warren. Brogdon is a reliable point guard, while Lamp and Warren are solid scoring options from the perimeter.Â
“I feel like we got some great additions. We got a chance to be really special. I feel like the league is wide open,” Oladipo said.Â
“I was excited for the opportunity to play with [Brogdon]. I know what type of player he is, the level that he plays on and has been playing on the last couple of years from Milwaukee. To have him as an addition is pretty big for us.”

Oladipo himself will likely miss the season’s first few months as he is still recovering from a knee injury. When he comes back, he’ll return to a team that was the third most defensively efficient last year. If the new players work out, then the Pacers could be a real threat in the playoffs.
