Warriors Remain Big Favorites Vs. Rockets

The two best teams in the West are set to collide in Game 2 of the Western Conference finals.

The Houston Rockets held their own against the Golden State Warriors but ultimately fell, 110-106. Houston covered the huge 10.5 point spread as underdogs. At one point the Rockets were up by as much 16 points but all that slipped away. Tonight’s Game 2 and the line is similar.

The Warriors opened as -10.5 favorites this morning and reamin their at some books. However, over at Bovada they have been moved to -9.5-point favorites.  As near double-digit underdogs, it is an easy prediction to make that if Houston stayed competitive they should be able to cover. They will be without or with a limited Dwight Howard, though.

Houston is 1-5 against the spread when playing against the Warriors, with the Rockets lone cover in the last game.

The total in Game 1 hit the UNDER with the total set at 220.5 points. The total was 216 points. Tonight the total is set at 219 points. Houston tends to favor the OVER, however, as over their last eight games they have hit the OVER six times. The Warriors have hit the UNDER in seven of their last eight games.

The game starts at 9 p.m. ET and you can watch it on ESPN.
