Will The Colts Continue Struggles Against Jags

The season is only three games in and it has already been a long one for Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts.

The Colts got off to an 0-2 start and barely squeaked by division rivals the Tennessee Titans last week. This early in the season, it could just be the Colts are off to a slow start or it could be that the Colts are not as good as their reign near the top of the future odds in Week 1 would suggest.

They have not been kind to bettors this season either. They have failed to cover the spread all season even in their one straight up victory.

The trends say this will be a good week for Indianapolis, though, as they take on the Jacksonville Jaguars. They currently hover around 9-point favorites against the Jags.

They are 5-0 against the spread with Luck as quarterback against the Jags. They are also 17-4-1 against the spread over their last 22 games against AFC South rivals.

The total for the game is set at 48 points. The OVER bet all depends on if Luck shows up on Sunday. Jacksonville is not likely to go on a scoring rampage. If Luck is playing to the fullest of his abilities, he should be able to have his way with the Jags’ secondary and the OVER should make bank.

Are the Colts a good team off to a slow start? Or is this simply not their season? We will found out this week as they take on Jacksonville.
