With One Week Left, Blue Jays Top World Series Odds

The Toronto Blue Jays are now co-favorites with the Kansas City Royals in the World Series future odds.

The Blue Jays went on a 9-3 run to rise through the future odds ranks. The Royals remain on the top of the odds with the Blue Jays despite losing 13 of their last 21 games.

There is only a week left in the regular season and the AL West is still undecided. The Texas Rangers hold a 1.5 game lead over their interstate rivals the Houston Astros. The Astros have dropped to 25-1 to win the World Series after losing 12 of their last 20 games, while many analysts are given the Rangers the edge over the astros to win the AL West.

The Los Angeles Angels sit a half-game out of the last wild card spot. Their odds have fallen from 25-1 to 40-1. They will face off against the Rangers to close the season.

The New York Yankees saw their odds also drop from 12-q to 15-1 despite winning six of their last ten games.

The NL playoff picture is nearly completely developed and their has not been a lot of movement up and down the future odds for NL teams.
