AFC North Not As Clear Cut As Appears?
The Green Bay Packers are the big favorites in the AFC North. They have  -300 future odds to win it all in 2015-16. However, things may not be as clear cut as they seem.
It is not secret that Aaron Rodgers and his receivers drug the Packers into the playoffs last season. Some defensive and offensive upgrades during the offseason have them in the position they are in. However, Rodgers’ receivers have been succumbing to injury all preseason long and talent in that position is starting to run thin.
With that said, the other teams in the AFC North are also interesting for their own reasons. Both the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings have been slowly building solid teams over the past couple of seasons and things may be finally ready to come together for one or both those teams.
The Vikings will also be seeing the return of Adrian Peterson in the running back position who will come in and help young quarterback Teddy Bridgewater continue to look for his footing.
The Lions have threatened to be contenders last season before bowing out. The talent is in place in Detroit it is just going to come down to how they use it.
The Chicago Bears have committed fully to divisive quarterback Jay Cutler for better or for worse. Make no mistake how far the Bears go completely depends on how fare Cutler is able to take them.
