Big Runs Shaking Up MLB Future Odds
Two teams are on amazing runs while another team had an amazing 11-game win streak snapped in extra innings earlier this week. All this has the MLB future odds shaken up.
The Toronto Blue Jays just had their 11-game streak snapped. The streak has taken place over the last two weeks. Over that time the Blue Jays future odds went from 40-1 to win the World Series to 20-1.
The AL East is a battleground at the moment. Toronto is just two games from first place with the New York Yankees in first and the Tampa Bay Rays are on a four game win streak, helping them stay in the running in the AL East as well. Tampa Bay now has 20-1 odds to win it all after being 50-1 when the future odds opened.
The Texas Rangers are crushing it over in the AL West. They are 18-7 over their past 25 games to move just 2.5 games behind Houston. Their odds are now 30-1. Last month they were at the bottom of the future odds with 500-1 odds.
The Pittsburgh Pirates are also helping to make waves thanks to some excellent pitching. Pittsburgh sat are 14-1 last month and now sits at 12-1 to win the World Series.
