The Chicago Blackhawks stunned the Detroit Red Wings 4-3 in Detroit yesterday to force a Game 7 in the Western Conference semifinals.

“We’re doing the right things to score goals and we’re confident when we get those chances that they’re going to go in somehow,” Chicago captain Jonathan Toews said. “We’ve got that momentum, we want to keep it.”

Sharks Face Kings Tonight

The San Jose Sharks visit the Los Angeles Kings tonight in Game 7 of the other Western Conference semifinals series.

“The main thing is that you can’t change your game,” San Jose’s Scott Gomez said of playing in Game 7s. “Do what got you here. Obviously, emotions are going to be running high. Family, friends, everyone — all eyes are on it. The team that can control (emotions) the most, and it sounds easier than it is, usually that’s the team that has success.”
