Joe Burrow Steers Bengals To First Win In Week 3

The words of Bengals QB Joe Burrow rang true following their first win of the season over the Jets on Sunday.

With the win, Joe Burrow and the Bengals avoided going 0 – 3 after dropping their first two games against Pittsburgh and Dallas.

Joe Burrow wasn’t spectacular in those first two games. He committed five turnovers in Game 1 and was sacked the most times in the league over the first two games with 13.

“Let’s just take a deep breath and relax. We are going to be fine,” Burrow said, per The Athletic. “Obviously we have to play well and get a win, you can’t go down 0-3. But nobody is panicking.

“Quit beating ourselves. Start faster and we will get more chances,” Burrow said. “We are getting this thing right. Nobody is panicking.”

“We were in here talking about the same exact stuff, several times last year,” Burrow said, per WCPO. “Everyone saw how it worked out.”
