Ohio Bobcats vs. Louisville Cardinals

The Ohio Bobcats are expected to have a good year in the MAC this season. After winning the Independence Bowl last season in impressive fashion, many thought the team could take a step forward this season. However, they saw on Sunday that they still have a long way to go, getting trounced 49-7 by the No. 9-ranked Louisville Cardinals and Heisman hopeful Teddy Bridgewater.

“They were hitting on all cylinders today,” Ohio coach Frank Solich said. “Bridgewater was precision-perfect on a lot of throws. At times, we made it a little easier than we should have made it for them as far as leaving receivers wide open. Still, their passing attack obviously was a great passing attack.”
