After a disappointing playoff exit, the Bucks will likely be one of the most active title-contending teams during the offseason. The team wants to surround superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo with another talent to make Milwaukee that much more competitive. Hopefully it will avoid him leaving in NBA free agency after next season as a result.

As for the Nets, Steve Nash’s squad is hopeful to instantly become a force to be reckoned with in the Eastern Conference. It has a chance to do si with a healthy Kevin Durant and motivated Kyrie Irving next season. The team has already rounded out the coaching staff with the recent addition of Mike D’Antoni and Amar’e Stoudemire. However, the roster could use another star like DeRozan.
It remains to be seen whether DeMar DeRozan will get moved and if he’ll return to the East after a short stint in the Western Conference. The Bucks and Nets could greatly benefit from a trade to acquire the Los Angeles native, but it all depends on what they may have to give up in return.
