NBA Betting Trends: Rockets Can’t Take Off
The NBA season is relatively young but NBA betting trends developing is one that no one saw coming, and it involves the Houston Rockets.
The Rockets are currently on a three-game losing streak. In fact, they have only won three times in their last 10 games, but it is what the last 25 games that tell a larger story.

Houston is second to last in the tough Western Conference. Last year, they were the Western Conference Champs. As far as NBA betting trends go, they have only managed to cover their spread in 36 percent of their games this season. That is the second worst ATS record in the NBA.
Some good new is, despite being in second to last place they are only 2 1/2 games from being back in playoff contention. The bad news is, their next game is against the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday. LA has won seven of their last 10 games.

Unfortunately, the Rockets need a big win against a team like the Lakers sooner rather than later. It is a win that could really turn things around for a Rockets team that is struggling to take off.
