Baylor at Gonzaga Highlights Friday College Hoops Slate

Friday night in college basketball has some good games listed. The best match-up is probably the game between the Baylor Bears and the #13 Gonzaga Bulldogs. The Zags come into the game 11-1 with wins over the West Virginia Mountaineers, Oklahoma Sooners, Clemson Tigers, Davidson Wildcats, Washington State Cougars and Kansas State Wildcats. Their only loss is to the Illinois Illini. Baylor is 8-3 with wins over the Boston College Eagles, St.John’s Red Storm, Kentucky Wildcats and BYU Cougars. They lost to the Colorado Buffaloes, Charleston Cougars and Northwestern Wildcats.

Baylor has four players averaging double figures in Pierre Jackson (19 points), Isaiah Austin (14 points), Cory Jefferson (13 points) and Brady Heslip (10 points). Gonzaga also has four averaging double figures in Elias Harris (16 points), Kelly Olynyk (15 points), Gary Bell (11 points) and Kevin Pangos (10 points).
