“I wrote him a real long message and just let him know how important he is to me, just how much I value his friendship and I appreciate the way he inspires me and our team,” Rodgers said, via the Washington Post. “I can’t say enough great things about the kind of person that he is. Over the last few years, Aaron Rodgers and Adams have developed incredibly strong chemistry together. The Pro Bowl wideout has become the go-to option in the passing game, as he’s caught the second-most touchdown passes (57) from the 37-year-old, trailing only Jordy Nelson (65).

Adams has earned tremendous recognition for his route-running ability and effectiveness as a red-zone target. All that has led him to further separate himself as one of the top wide receivers in the game.

The Green Bay Packers are moving toward securing the No.1 overall seed in the NFC playoff picture.Adams will likely play a significant role in the Packers’ path toward Super Bowl contention in the coming weeks.
