Antonio Brown drawing interest from Seahawks, Ravens

It has been a winding path for former star wide receiver Antonio Brown on his road back to the NFL.

In the last few weeks, there has been some growing traction toward getting his next opportunity to return to the league. According to Mike Silver of NFL.com, the Baltimore Ravens and Seattle Seahawks have both discussed the possibility of bringing in the 31-year-old, according to Michael David Smith of Pro Football Talk.

Both the Seahawks and the Ravens have had internal discussions about signing Brown, according to Mike Silver of NFL Media. Both of those teams have previously been discussed as potential landing spots for Brown, who hinted earlier this month that he’s planning to find his fourth team soon.

The Ravens had previously been brought up as a potential landing spot for Antonio Brown after he worked out with Lamar Jackson. His cousin, Marquise Brown, is also on the roster, which could give the team more insight into the star wideout.

Meanwhile, the Seahawks had briefly been mentioned as a possible scenario. They were reported to have an interest in him before signing Josh Gordon last season. Star quarterback Russell Wilson had pushed for the team to take a look at potentially bringing Brown in. This may once again be the case this time around.

There are still plenty of hurdles that he must get past first with his legal matters and potential league punishment. If he’s able to manage those situations, he certainly has the talent to land him on an NFL roster.
