Jaguars’ Yannick Ngakoue growing increasingly frustrated without a trade

It has been nothing short of an interesting offseason for the Jacksonville Jaguars that have signaled a rebuilding phase for the franchise. One of the lingering issues around the franchise has dealt with Pro Bowl defensive end Yannick Ngakoue’s contract situation.

Ngakoue has grown restless without any resolution to his standing with the team with the hope that he can be traded. That has now led to him sending some strong public comments toward Tony Khan, the Jaguars’ senior V.P., and the son of owner Shad Khan via Twitter that have called him out, via Pro Football Talk.

“Since your feeling might today let’s both let the world in on the truth. We been had a discussion that the Chargers game was my last game. Yet you try to back door the situation without answering any of my camps calls. Smh you spoiled bra.. holding up people for no reason,” Ngakoue wrote. “Tired of the back and forth. Let’s get this s–t done.”

Ngaokoue has grown tired of the situation that has remained in this offseason. It’s a matter that is out of his hands as the team hasn’t worked out a trade.

The Jaguars haven’t progressed any manner toward a deal that could land him with another franchise. Instead, he has been in a standstill waiting in a holding pattern for the franchise to make their next move.

If this situation lingers closer to the regular season, it could become more dicey between both sides. It may be a matter of time before Ngaokoue is moved.
