NFL Week 10 schedule: 5 teams that need to win the most

With the NFL Week 10 schedule rapidly approaching, here are five teams that desperately need to win this weekend.

5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Maybe the Buccaneers are an unexpected team on the list, but think about it. While they are almost certain to win the NFC South, getting a top seed isn’t going to be easy with the Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Rams, Arizona Cardinals and Green Bay Packers all having either one or two defeats. For Tampa Bay, losing out of its bye week to the lousy Washington Football Team would give it a third loss and put the Bucs in a tough spot moving forward.

4. Cleveland Browns

The Browns released Odell Beckham Jr. last week and then promptly went down to Cincinnati and hammered the Bengals, 41-16. This week it’s another road game, and this time out fo the state of Ohio for a date with Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots. With both Cleveland and New England at 5-4, the winner holds what could prove to be a huge tiebreaker. Plus, for the Browns, the AFC North is clearly up for grabs.

3. Seattle Seahawks

At 3-5, the Seahawks are on the edge of the NFC playoff picture. While winning the NFC West became a pipe dream long ago, getting one of the three wild card spots remains possible. Now, with Russell Wilson back after missing three games, the Seahawks go on the road to face the Green Bay Packers. While this is a brutal spot, Seattle is in the position of needing to win, especially with the one-loss Cardinals up next week.

2. Los Angeles Rams

The Rams are 7-2 and certainly one of the best teams — if not the best — in the NFL. However, after losing to the Tennessee Titans on Sunday night, Los Angeles needs to come back strong and handle the San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s Stadium on Monday. With a loss, the Rams would likely fall two gams back of the Cardinals in the division, as Arizona is hosting backup quarterback P.J. Walker and the Carolina Panthers.

1. Kansas City Chiefs

it’s time for the Chiefs to step up. After starting the season 2-3, Kansas City has won three of its last four in ugly fashion to get to 5-4. This weekend, it’s a visit to Allegiant Stadium on Sunday night for a tilt with the Las Vegas Raiders. With a win, Kansas City passes the Raiders and could go into first place in the AFC West should the Los Angeles Chargers fall to the Minnesota Vikings. For Patrick Mahomes, the moment has come to make his move.
