TY Hilton looking forward to ‘return of deep shots’ with arrival of Carson Wentz
After the sudden retirement of Andrew Luck, the Indianapolis Colts were able to eventually turn to Philip Rivers. Now that Rivers has also retired, the Colts have another new quarterback under center in the form of Carson Wentz. Star wide receiver TY Hilton couldn’t be happier about the possibilities.

Hilton re-signed with the team during this NFL offseason after speculation that he could be headed out of town. He seems to feel like he made the right move as he expressed excitement about the arrival of Wentz and the reunion with Frank Reich, via Pro Football Talk.
“He has a big arm. It’s going to be money,†Hilton said, via Olivia Ray of WISH.

The real question moving forward is whether Wentz can turn things around in Indianapolis after a disappointing end to his stint with the Philadelphia Eagles. Things didn’t end well in Philadelphia as his performance dropped off considerably the last couple of years due to injuries and a team that seemed to fall apart after winning the Super Bowl for the first time in the franchise’s history.
Another big question is how much more does Hilton have left in the tank. There’s no question that a revitalized Wentz could extend his career and pump up his numbers. Although there’s still uncertainty looming in Indianapolis despite some optimism for the immediate future with these changes being made.
