Texans QB Deshaun Watson still wants to be traded
It has been an interesting offseason in the NFL with star quarterbacks changing teams left and right and plenty of rumors still swirling about the fates of Deshaun Watson of the Houston Texans and Green Bay Packers superstar Aaron Rodgers.
Watson got everything started this offseason in terms of quarterbacks expressing their discontent with their current squad. He wanted out and made that abundantly clear. That caused quite a stir with the Texans unwilling to budge. Although it was only the beginning for Watson has off-the-field issues began to mount shedding doubt on his future.

At one point, Watson was an extremely hot commodity with teams lining up to be a trade suitor for the star quarterback. Watson’s appeal has taken a turn for the worst for obvious reasons. However, he still has a no-trade clause, which will make the situation difficult for Houston.

It remains to be seen how this situation in Houston will be resolved and if any team is willing to take on the baggage that Watson will bring. Houston has remained adamant that it doesn’t want to trade the star quarterback, but that could quickly change if it sees the scenario to do so that would improve their team and end the Watson era.
