Jaguars aren’t buying Tom Brady’s injury either

This man needs to be stopped.

Reports building up to Sunday’s AFC Championship Game have suggested that New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady may not be 100 percent. He missed Thursday’s practice with an injury to his throwing hand. But, just like the rest of us, Jacksonville Jaguars Pro Bowler Malik Jackson is not buying it.

“I remember [Bill running back] LeSean McCoy said he had a high ankle sprain and came out there cutting and stuff,” Jaguars defensive lineman Malik Jackson said on Thursday’s PFT Live, in reference to McCoy’s status before the wild-card game between Buffalo and Jacksonville. So Jackson said he’ll assume that Brady will be the same old Brady.

This is not the first time that a Jaguars defender has doubted something in relation to Brady. Brady had praised the Jacksonville defense, which linebacker Telvin Smith didn’t exactly accept at face value.

What all of this means in relation to Sunday’s game remains to be seen. But we can’t say that the Jags don’t have their guard up.
