Brown lost his first grievance against the NFL after arguing that he should be allowed to use his preferred helmet model — the Schutt AiR Advantage — if it were under 10 years old.
Following that defeat, Antonio Brown submitted a second grievance. Reportedly he had documentation from the NFL showing a model under 10 years old would be accepted.
In the meantime, Antonio Brown has been using a certified helmet at Oakland Raiders practices. Hopefully, whether he wins or loses this second grievance, the helmet issue will finally be put to rest for good following the verdict.
